Indiana vs Purdue Headline Tuesday College Hoops Card (02-19-2008)
The Tuesday NCAA hoops card has 14 games going including three games involving ranked teams. The feature game of the night has No. 14 Indiana hosting No. 15 Purdue at the Assembly Center in Bloomington, Ind., with a 7 p.m. ET start. There is an air of doom surrounding the Indiana program due to improper recruiting allegations revolving around head coach Kelvin Sampson and two of his assistants. The turmoil hasn’t seemed to sway oddsmakers at BetUS.com away from the Hoosiers having the team installed as 5-point favorites ATS with a 133 ½ total. On Saturday (Feb 16), Hoosier players rallied to defend their embattled coach by clobbering then 10th ranked Michigan State at Assembly Hall by a score of 80-61.

Purdue extended its winning streak to 11 on Saturday by picking up an easy 71-56 road win at Northwestern. The Boilermakers currently lead the Big-10 with a 12-1 league mark and are 21-5 on the season overall. Indiana is in third place with a 10-2 conference record and 21-4 overall. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

BetUS.com has the Huskies favored by a 12 ½-point chalk with a 147 ½ total.
