OSH handicapper Christopher Cash previews AP top 25 televised College Basketball picks match-up between the Big Ten Conference No. 19 Michigan State at No. 10 Wisconsin . The 19th ranked Michigan State Spartans (25-5 SU, 9-12 ATS) face a must-win situation tonight at No. 10 Wisconsin Badgers Kohl Center to keep any hope of a sharing the Big Ten title. State is 10-4 in Big Ten play, with both Wisconsin and Indiana at 13-2 and there’s just four games left on the schedule. Not only does Michigan State need a win tonight at Wisconsin but would need a victory against Indiana on Sunday as well to grab a share the top College Basketball picks spot. The Spartans arrive at the Kohl center tonight off Back-to-back home wins against Penn St. and Iowa after consecutive losses to ranked teams. Michigan States coach Tom Izzo reached the 300-win mark Saturday winning 66-52 over Iowa. An historic achievement by the Spartan’s head man but State failed to cover for the bettors as 15 ½ point home favorites. Michigan States Raymar Morgan was perfect from the field and line against Iowa hitting all six shots and four free-throws for a team-high 16 points. As a team the Spartans committed just five turnovers versus Iowa. It was the fewest amount of turnovers committed by State since March 13, 2004, when they also had five losing to Wisconsin 66-68. On Feb. 20 the Spartans turned the ball over 7 times in an 86-49 win over Penn State. When odds Makers listed Michigan State as the underdog this season they lost 2 of 3 straight-up and went 1-1-1 ATS. The lone win came at BYU, losing at Indiana and to UCLA on a neutral court. The Spartans with Tom Izzo have lost five straight at the Kohl center since a 51-47 win on Feb. 27 2001 and the coach is 4-7 there all-time. Wisconsin (23-4 SU, 12-12 ATS) is holding on to a first-place tie in the Big Ten with Indiana and lead Purdue by ½ and Michigan State by two games. Wisconsin has won four in a row and went 3-1 ATS in that stretch. Saturdays win was at Ohio St. 58-53 as 1 ½ point underdogs. The Badgers are averaging 12.8 turnovers per game and committed 15 in the win at Ohio State. Jason Bohannon had a team-high 16 points versus the Buckeye’s. Senior center Brian Butch leads the Badgers averaging 12.3 points and 6.8 rebounds. The match-up to keep an eye-on will be in the paint with Brian Butch battling Raymar Morgan who paces the Spartans with 15.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. Wisconsin is 105-7 at home under Bo Ryan in seven seasons. Most books have the Badgers listed as 5-point home favorites tonight. The Badgers are 14-2 SU at home this season but have gone 4-9 for bettors backing the Badgers in Madison. Traditionally (for the last eight years) from now until I take a vacation at the end of June is my most profitable time of the year. I never thought I could top the first two months of college football for profits, 10 years prior that was the case, but I can’t argue with the numbers for eight years. OSH members can get my 1 Month NCAAB package now, I added that option today! I reduced the price by 50%, due to the end of the season! The Arena Football League starts this Saturday.
