Check out all odds and props at BodogLife.com and get an early jump on your 2008 College Football Season Predictions.

1.  Ohio State Buckeyes – The Buckeyes enter the 2008 season as a team looking for their third straight trip to the national championship.  With so many starters returning on both sides of they ball, they looked poised to win it all.  It’s no surprise to see Ohio State highly ranked.  They have a very strong secondary and defense.  They were the nation’s number 1 rated pass defense last season and will return all four starters.  They were also ranked number 3 in rush defense, as they return 6 of their front 7 this year.  On the offensive end they will be led by star running back Chris Wells, who is a top Heisman trophy candidate this year.

2.  Oklahoma Sooners – The Sooners will have another quality squad again this year.  They return every starter from last year.  They finished last year’s season fourth in sacks allowed.  They have an all star senior lineup which will be full of a lot of NFL potential.  Their quarterback Sam Bradford is going to enter his second season as the starter and will finally give Oklahoma some stability at this position.  In 2007 he led the nation as the top rated passer for efficiency in the league.  His receivers will help him out this year.  The future looks to be promising.

3.  Florida Gators – Not many people will be surprised with the Florida Gators high rank this year, as they have a returning Heisman trophy winner at quarterback.  Tim Tebow was Florida’s star player and will be the focal point of the offense again this year.  The Gators will be good and ready coming into this season as almost everyone is returning.  They will look for a huge turnover on defense this year.  They will again lose two safeties that truly were excellent.  Nine starters will be returning on the defensive end, as they will help Florida this year.
