College Football Picks and Top Betting Trends (11-23-2007)
It's the final full week of the College Football season and boy has it been a wild one. The one sure bet this season has been to expect the unexpected. This week will hopefully settle which teams will get into the BCS games, at least from a ranking perspective, but will no doubt create other controversies for teams who don't. Some of the bantering and disucssions have already started but it's important to note that through all that morass there are still some great opportunities left to grab some profits. So it is with that thought where I focus my thoughts and insights. My weekly top trends have been highly successful this year and I don't expect anything less with this weeks final lineup. So here we go!

Top Trend #1:
Playing on road underdogs of 3.5 to 10 points in conference games who are off a upset loss as a double digit home
favorite is 27-2 (93.1%) over the last 10 seasons. Riding this angle this season would have given you a perfect 3-0 ATS mark to date, a 9-0 ATS mark the last three seasons, a 17-1 ATS mark the last 5, and a 35-4 ATS mark since 1992.

Hint: Take a look at the SEC this week.

Top Trend #2:
Playing against road underdogs after allowing 17 points or more in the first half in 2 straight games against opponent after a win by 17 or more points is 47-12 (79.7%) over the last 5 seasons. Playing the angle this season has gone 12-3 ATS, and 26-7 ATS the L3 seasons.

Playing against a good offensive team that averages 390 to 440 yards per game against a poor offensive team that gain 280 to
330 yards per game, after gaining 7.25 or more yards/play in their previous game is 36-8 ATS (81.8%) over the last 10 seasons. This season has gone 1-0 ATS, 7-2 ATS the L3 seasons, 17-4 ATS the L5.

Hint: It's in the early game today.

Good Luck Today! Michael has been scorching hot going 15-4 the last three days! Join him at Alexandersports for all of his winning NHL, NBA, NCAAB, NFL, and NCAAF selections.
