NCAA Football Picks Central Michigan vs Georgia: The Bulldogs won their game last week 45-21 over Georgia Southern. I here a lot of people say I can't believe that Georgia gave up 21 points to them last week. For people that didn't watch the game they took their starters out at halftime. All 21 points were scored on their second and third string players. Plus the last touchdown was a fluke tipped ball in the closing minutes. Georgia is the #2 team in the country, but with Florida having a more favorable schedule and enormous revenge for their annual Jacksonville encounter, the Dogs will have trouble even getting to the SEC championship game. Georgia’s defense should be able to limit the Chippewas, but covering a big number may be difficult in this NCAA pick. The Oddsmakers at Sportsbook.com currently have Georgia -24 favorites to Central Michigan heading into this matchup with the total at 56 points.
Central Michigan got the win last week over Eastern Illinois 31-12. They struggled some early but then pulled away late. Quarterback Dan LeFevour is going to be in for a day against Georgia defense. CMU played 1-AA opponents four times last year. CM averaged 33 points per game last year, against probably the weakest schedule I have ever seen - and you still lost 6 games? Ball State? Northern Illinois? Toledo? Who are these teams? The biggest thing is that they lost to North Dakota State by 30! In their opener at Kansas they gave up 52 points and 538 yards. In a loss at Purdue, they gave up 45 points and 583 yards. So this one should be the same with them getting blown out again. NCAA Football Picks: You have to be an idiot if anyone really thinks Central Michigan has a shot to beat the #2 ranked team in the nation today. But they are laying a lot of points and the trend over the years are saying to take Georgia in this spot as every time CM plays top team they get crushed. But will they bring in their second and this string in early like they did last week and miss covering the large spread? Don't forget to check out my top plays for NCAA Football Picks for Saturday. I have some big plays going and they are all Guaranteed! Trends for this matchup:· Bulldogs are 4-0 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. · Bulldogs are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. win. · Bulldogs are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall.
