Belmont Stakes contender Tale of Ekati, Winner of the Futurity at Belmont, Ekati was fourth in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile. He finished a disappointing 6th in the Louisiana Derby for his 2008 horse racing debut. He came back in the Wood Memorial and chased War Pass the entire race before getting the better of him at the finish to win by 1 1/4 lengths. Tale of Ekati was sent off at 37-1 in his recent race, the Kentucky Derby. Ridden by Eibar Coa, Tale of Ekati finished fourth in the Run for the Roses. He would return to New York to prepare for a run in the Belmont. Take this into consideration that he has had two starts at Belmont park in his career, both were wins. He has had two trips around the track so has a big chance in this spot to hit the board and spoil the Triple Crown win by Big Brown.
