The Chicago Cubs head to Colorado to take on the red hot Rockies in a four game series. The Cubs send Ted Lilly to the mound on Thursday as he looks for his 13th win of the year. The Cubs will look to find some offense in Colorado. They can look to Jason Kendall who is batting .357 in his last 10 games. The problem for Kendall is that he can't throw out base stealers. Current television analyst Bob Brenly says it is not all Kendall's fault. "It's always a joint effort," Brenly said, "When you throw them out, it's because the pitcher held him close and gave the catcher a chance, and the catcher made a good throw and the infielder made a good tag. If any of those break down, you're going to give up a lot of stolen bases." Kendall is 0 for 19 throwing out runners with the Cubs.
