Diamondbacks seek sixth straight win over Nationals Arizona Diamondbacks ace hurler Brandon Webb (11-8, 2.92 ERA) who was named the National League's co-Player of the Week for July 30-Aug. 5 will look to extend his scoreless-innings streak against the  Washington Nationals , a team he beat April 7 with seven innings of one-run ball. The Diamondbacks have won all five meetings with the Nationals this season -- outscoring them 32-10 and posting a 2.00 ERA and will turn to Webb to continue that stretch. The right-hander has won three straight starts, including a 3-0 shutout of the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday.

Oddsmakers currently have the Diamondbacks listed as -230 moneyline favorites versus the Nationals, while the game's total is sitting at 8.0.Washington hit three home runs in Friday's 11-4 loss at Arizona, falling as +130 road underdogs. The 15 runs scored were OVER the posted total of 10.
