The Cleveland Indians could be making some major changes soon if things don’t turn around. Some coaches and players could be headed elsewhere if the Indians don’t play well this weekend at Minnesota. "It's fairly obvious where we're at," Cleveland general manager Mark Shapiro said. "Our expectations have not been met, and it's bitterly disappointing." The Indians have lost five straight and things may not get much better against the Twins in the Metrodome. "We're frustrated," center fielder Grady Sizemore said, "It can change day-to-day or week-to-week, but we've got a long way to go." SBG Global reports that early MLB betting has the public taking Twins at Home.
