The Detroit Tigers will try and find some consistency as they open up a nine-game West Coast road trip on Monday against the Los Angeles Angels.  The Tigers are averaging almost 9 runs per game in their wins this season but just over 2 runs per game in their losses.  They have been shut out 7 times, which is the most in the league.  A perfect example of the Tiger’s inconsistency was this past weekend against Minnesota when they scored 19 runs on Saturday but only one run on Sunday.
