On Saturday night the UFC 83 will go to Canada, as Matt Serra takes on George St-Pierre in the UFC 83 betting main event.  Georges St-Pierre was born in Quebec, Canada and will be fighting in front of his home crowd.  He will be fired up for this rematch because the last time Serra and St-Pierre met,  Serra won the match by TKO in the first round.  Serra’s victory as an 8/1 underdog was one of the biggest upsets in UFC history.
