2008 NFL Odds to win AFC SouthLooking at the early 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South, the Colts are the top pick to win the division until Jacksonville can beat them.  Jacksonville comes in 2nd place, one of these days they will beat the Colts, could it be this year?   Tennessee is 3rd in this division, they are just a little bit better then the Texans.  Houston is last in the division, they're a better team this year but this is a tough division. The oddsmakers at BodogLife.com have all the 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South , let’s review some NFL picks in the AFC South.

Houston Texans- Is this the year this expansion franchise will finally have a winning season?  They were a franchise on the rise after they got #1 draft pick Mario Williams.  He may not have made it to the Pro Bowl last year but he will get there in the future.  Williams must pick up where he left of last season when he made 14 sacks at defensive tackle.  They are on the rise but how far will it go this season is still the question.  The 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South at Bogdoglife.com have Houston Texans 11-1 to win the AFC South division.

Indianapolis Colts-  The Colts are looking to grab there sixth straight division title.  Last year the Colts suffered a big loss to San Diego at home as a 9 point favorite in the AFC Divisional playoffs.  The Colts should run away with this division once again.  They are 21-0 in September and October since 2005 and they appear to have an easy schedule in 2008 against Chicago, at Minnesota, Jacksonville, at Houston, Baltimore, at Green Bay and at Tennessee.  Just like last season November should determined where the Colts match up in the playoffs, with home field through out or not.  The 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South at Bogdoglife.com have Indianapolis Colts 8/13 to win the AFC South division

Jacksonville Jaguars- The Jags know there not going anywhere unless they beat the Colts.  Manning and the Colts have defeated them nine of twelve meetings since 2002, including twice last season.  The Jags are a team on the rise right now.  They took a huge step last year when they won there first playoff game since 1999 and became the first team ever to beat the Steelers twice in the same year in Pittsburgh.  That success earned both coach Jack Del Rio and quarterback David Garrard long-term contract extensions.  The 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South at Bogdoglife.com Jacksonville Jaguars 5/2 to win the AFC South division.

Tennessee Titans -  This season marks the 10th anniversary of the Tennessee Titans, who will wear a commemorative patch on their jerseys in 2008.  On this anniversary the Titans hope to go where it did during the first season - the Super Bowl.  The Titans went 10-6 last year and made the playoffs even though they only threw nine touchdown passes.  A year later they have upgraded offensive weapons and quarterback Vince Young should have some more passing touchdowns.  The 2008 NFL Odds to win AFC South at Bogdoglife.com Tennessee Titans 9/2 to win the AFC South division.
