Considering he was leading the NFL in rushing before going down with a season ending injury in Week 16, ‘Fast Willie’ appears to be an afterthought by the cappers at Sportsbook.com. Held under 80 yards rushing in just three of his healthy 14 games, Parker offers outstanding value at +1500. Of course, the drafting of Rashard Mendenhall should eat into some of Parker’s carries, especially around the goal line.
